RACE RULES AND MECHANICS
1. Participants must have their waiver signed, have no symptoms of COVID, and be physically fit to run.
2. Participants must complete their registration details with true, accurate, and current information. Inaccurate or incomplete information can be grounds for disqualification or being barred from the event with no refund.
3. Participants must always practice good sportsmanship, treat other participants, spectators and organizers with respect and courtesy. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.
4. Participants in this event are encouraged to have personal accident insurance that will cover any accident or injury before, during, and after the race.
5. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the race.
6. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their own children.
7. Participants must check in first at the starting line during the race assembly; only 15 minutes after the gun start is the maximum time allowance for late runners.
8. One must pass all checkpoints along the official route designated for a specific category and ensure that no short cuts have been made.
9. Participants should wear their race numbers in front and always be visible during the entire event.
10. No race number, No run policy. Lost race numbers must be reported to the organizer.
11. Unauthorized switching of race numbers is strictly prohibited and warrants disqualification.
12. Race bandits and unregistered pacers are not allowed to join the race and will be assisted to get out of the racecourse.
13. In the event of short cuts, a wrong turn, or getting lost in the racecourse, the race organizers have the right to disqualify the participant. Make it a good practice to listen to race briefings and review the racecourse.
14. He or she must finish the run before the given cut-off time.
15. Top finishers must present “proofs” when required (such as loop band, Strava record, GPS watch log, etc.)
16. All protests must be in writing, with the full name of the aggrieved individual and details of his or her protest and must be submitted before the awarding; all claims or protests after the awarding will no longer be entertained. Only the Race Director is the sole person to decide on this matter. His decision is final.
