Team Miagao Runners-TMR presents HABLON 360 ULTRA, a road running event happening at the Municipality of Miagao as part of the 11th Hablon Festival celebration.

Race Requirements

  • Participants should be of legal age 18 years old and above. Otherwise, parental or guardian waiver should be provided.
  • Participants for 50km and 30km categories must present a medical certificate (issued within the last 3 months) and must be physically and mentally fit to join the race. Any existing health issue should be declared by the participant.
  • Mandatory gears for 50km and 30km categories only are as follows:
    • Headlamp with extra battery
    • Blinker / Reflectors/ Reflectorized vest
    • Hydration pouch
    • Whistle
    • Mobile phone, fully charged and with load
    • Cash
    • Identification card / birth certificate
  • For the 50km category, all participants must show proof of a race they participated within a year, at least half marathon (21km).

Additional Info and FAQs

  • All runners for the 50km and 30km categories must present a duly signed Medical Certificate (issued within the last 3 months).
  • All runners must submit a duly signed waiver. No waiver, no race. Runners who are minors must have their waivers signed by their parents/legal guardians.
  • Race registration is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to others. Registration on the day of the event will not be accepted.
  • Change of category is not allowed. Participants shall register again for the new category and have the previous category transferred to another runner. This is to avoid confusion in the preparation of race bibs and t-shirts.
  • All runners must sign a race waiver upon claiming race kits on or before the race day, September 15, 2024.
  • All runners must check in an hour prior to the start of the race (in each category). Runner/s who arrive at the start line after the 15-minute grace period will still be allowed to join the race but INTERMEDIATE and FINAL cut off will not be adjusted.
  • Upon checking in, mandatory gears must be presented to the organizing team. Please prepare your gears before going to the check in counter. STRICTLY NO GEARS, NO RACE.
  • Race bibs must be worn all throughout the race at the torso of the runner. The bib should not be covered by any clothing or gear.
  • Runners must stay on the left side of the road, facing the traffic and in a single file.
  • Runners must stay on the route. Short cuts are not permitted and will result in being ineligible for a finish time.
  • All runners will pass the national highway, roads will not be closed for the event. We highly advise all runners to be alert and maintain a safe distance from all the passing vehicles.
  • Runners must complete the marked course on foot under his/her own power. Cheating by riding any type of vehicle or moving device during the race will automatically disqualify the runner and ban him/ her from joining future race events organized by TMR.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their bib number is recorded at each checkpoint.
  • Pacers are not allowed. Vehicle support is not allowed.
  • Drop bags will be available at the start line. Please DO NOT LEAVE any valuable items such as car keys, cash, cellular phone, jewelry etc. The organizing team will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
  • If a runner withdraws from the race, he/ she must immediately contact the RD or go to the nearest aid station and provide the ff information:
    • Name, race bib, category, reason for withdrawal from the race, time and location, how many kilometers completed.
  • All complaints from the runners / support crew / marshals must be submitted to the RD / TMR within 24 hours after the race. Complaints will only be entertained if it is supported by proof like videos or pictures.
  • PLEASE AVOID ranting and bashing on social media platforms, complaints and dissatisfaction must be directed to our RD for possible resolution of the problem.
  • In the event of severe weather conditions like typhoons and flood, as well as unforeseen circumstances that the organizing team has no control of, TMR has the right to postpone the race schedule.
  • Runners who are under the influence of illegal drugs, alcohol and banned substances will not be permitted to join the race. Strictly no drinking around the start/finish line the night before the race.
  • Smoking and vaping is not permitted at the event start/finish line or at aid stations.
  • Runners who finish the race after the cut off time will still receive their medals but their names will not be included in the official finisher’s record.
  • The race organizer reserves the right to discourage and/or penalize behavior deemed unsportsmanlike.
  • Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty, disqualification or pre-race withdrawal. Any such penalties are at the organizers’ discretion and are final.
  • Dogs may be permitted at the start/finish line provided that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Runners must not leave human faeces in the open. Should you need to relieve yourself, please ensure that waste is buried a minimum of 15cm deep.
  • Littering is strictly prohibited and any participant verified to have littered will be required to discuss the matter with event staff and may cause disqualification.
  • The Race Director has the ultimate authority to all the rules and guidelines mentioned above.
