Come join us on Sunday, October 30, 2022, at ArcoVia City for a spooky night of fun and attempt your best 5K run with the help of EZ Run Club. Finishers will get to have a post-run beer from Heineken and best in costume will get to win a pair of Sherpa shorts from T8 Philippines.

Spooky 5KM Horror Run

1. Show up at ArcoVia by 5PM for registration and distribution of timing chip.  Bring your registration confirmation.
2. Bring your own hydration and nutrition, if needed
3. EZ Run Club will provide pacers and marshals for your safety
4. Make running on Halloween more fun by showing up in a costume
5. Runners will get to have a chance to win prizes from our sponsors

BONUS RUN: OCTOBEER MILE

1. Each competitor drinks two cans of Heineken *0.0 Non-alcoholic beer (Yes! It is really a non-alcoholic beer! trust me!)* and run laps around a fixed 800m loop inside ArcoVia (start with chugging a beer, then run 800m, then beer, then run 800m - finish).
2. Beer must be consumed before the lap begins within the transition area. The transition area consists of 2 marshals on standby, a table, and a trash bin.
3. The race begins with competitors lined up on the starting line, drinking the first beer in the transition zone described in the step above. This ensures competitors cover 800m. Competitors can walk/move in the transition area while drinking, but all beer must be consumed in the transition area before setting off to run a lap.
4. Beer cans must not be tampered with in any manner. (e.g. no shotgunning, puncturing the can, squeezing the can, etc.).
5. Each beer can must not be opened until the competitor enters the transition zone on each lap.
