NOTE: This event page for the SUBIT 2022 is exclusive to registered participants of the 2020 edition of the event which was postponed. Participants can join the SUBIT 2022 by paying the registration fee adjustment. Password was sent via email by TRAP. EVENT INFORMATION
The longest running triathlon event is finally happening on May 1, 2022. After two postponements in 2020 and 2021, the event is set to happen on May 1, 2022 at the Subic Bay Freeport, Philippines

Standard Distance: Php 6,000.00 + online reg fees
Sprint Distance: Php 5,500.00 + online reg fees
Super Sprint Distance: Php 4,500.00 + online reg fees

• Elite Open and U23
• Age Group Sprint Men & Women: 20-24,25-29, 30-34,35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-60
• Age Group Standard Distance Men and Women: 20-24,25-29, 30-34,35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-60
• Age Group Sprint Distance Boys and Girls: 13-15

RACE SCHEDULE
RACE RULES
• Body markings (race numbers) must appear on both upper arms.
• Bikes must be racked at the designated spot of the bike rack in the transition area.
• Bare torso biking or running is not allowed.
• Vehicular traffic will be controlled but not closed.
• Athletes must follow all traffic rules, safety protocols and watch out for his/her own road safety
• No headsets or music devices in the bike and/or run

HEALTH MANAGEMENT
In accordance with IATF and SBMA directives, the use of masks in all public places is required.
Throughout the 7-day period before, during, and after the 2022 SuBIT, all persons involved should perform regular health self-checks such as temperature detection and monitoring of symptoms.
• Pre-Race Requirements:
* Download and sign the Waiver, Health Declaration Form, and Pledge of Adherence to all safety protocols 2022 SuBIT FORMS
* Request for a Medical Certificate of Fit to Race.
* Prepare Parental Consent for minors joining the race.
* Prepare the Vaccination Card.
• Race Protocols:
* Take an on-site Antigen Test and produce a negative COVID-19 result before proceeding to the registration area.
Note: Antigen Test will be paid by athletes and/or their companion.
* Upon registration, provide a copy of your valid ID and vaccination card, your Negative COVID-19 test result, a signed Event Waiver, and a signed Health Declaration Form. Also submit a duly-signed pledge of adherence to all safety protocols, and parental consent for minors.
* Working spaces and manpower deployment will be organized in a manner where physical distancing is respected.
* All pre- and post-race activities shall be socially distant or done virtually where possible.
• Post-Race Protocol:
* At Alert Level 1, the responsibility for contact tracing now lies with each individual rather than the event organizers or LGU.
* Participants, members of the LOC, Technical Officials, volunteers, and all involved in the 2022 SuBIT are encouraged to undergo self-quarantine and monitoring for at least seven (7) days after the event.
* One week post-race, should anybody test positive for COVID-19 or experience common symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, headache, or loss of taste or smell, this person must be responsible for informing their close contacts.
* The use of apps such as StaySafe.Ph is strongly encouraged.
EVENT FEES INCLUSIONS
Registered participants will receive the following in their race kit: race bib, swim cap, timing chip rental, and event shirt. Finishers will be receiving a finisher’s medal.

• Paid fees are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-creditable to future TRAP races.
• Registration fee will cover cost of participation, swim cap, timing chip, race bib, bike & helmet stickers, finisher’s medal and event shirt.

2022 SuBIT FAQS
If you register in SuBIT 2022, your entry fee will include your race kit, race bib, swim cap, timing chip rental, finisher’s medal and event shirt.
Each participant shall need a RaceYaya account to gain access to the registration. This will be your perpetual account which will give you access to other features in the platform. If you already have an account, please log-in at register.raceyaya.com.

Please complete the transaction before exiting. A successful payment screen will be displayed after completion of payment together with an email confirmation.

No. All racers should be fully vaccinated as additional protection for you and the people involved in the race.
No. You will not be automatically registered to 2022 SuBIT. All participants must register anew via Raceyaya and pay the fee difference.
Yes, as long as all safety protocol of your LGU, airline carrier and event organizers are followed.

Yes you can choose and book your own accommodation.
Yes you can get a refund onsite during the racekit claiming in Subic on April 30,2022. However, certain fees will apply to cover the difference of your entry fee in 2021 and in 2022.
Yes your accompanying guest needs to follow the same health screening procedures and follow the same protocol for the event.
Sorry but a participant is only allowed one companion each.
Yes you can go to Subic on an earlier date and leave Subic on a later date.
Spectators are discouraged to watch the race onsite following IATF’s prohibition on mass gathering.
