• Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person for a fee of ₱500. Please contact the organizers for assistance and approval. If you decide not to push through with the race, kindly inform us. Your race kit will still be prepared and must be claimed.
• Participants are strongly advised to consult with a physician before registering, especially for longer distances (e.g., 21K, 42K). Your health and safety come first.
• We will be conducting on-site registration; however, all participants must register within the official registration period. No registrations will be accepted beyond the deadline on September 26—no exceptions. The venue and schedule for on-site registration will be announced soon.
• Requests to change distance categories will only be accommodated within the registration period, which ends on September 26. After this date, no changes will be accepted.
• All race distances (5K, 10K, 21K, and 42K) require participants to be 18 years old and above. Minors below 18 years old must submit a signed parental consent form, and all participants will be required to sign a waiver during race kit claiming.
• Please double-check all information submitted. Incorrect details may affect your official race bib, timing, and results.
• By registering, you agree to join the event at your own risk and accept the terms of the event waiver and release of liability.
• Participants must wear their official race bib visibly during the entire race. No bib = no official time and no certificate.
• The organizer may close registration earlier than scheduled once all race slots have been taken.
• Participants are expected to follow the event’s official rules and conduct themselves responsibly throughout the race. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these guidelines.
