REGISTRATION REMINDERS
- Paid fees are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-creditable to future TriPhil races.
- Registration fee will cover cost of participation, swim cap, timing chip, race bib, bike & helmet stickers, finisher’s medal, event shirt and post - race snacks.

RACE RULES
- Body markings (race numbers) must appear on both upper arms.
- Bikes must be racked at the designated spot of the bike rack in the transition area.
- Bare torso biking or running is not allowed.
- Vehicular traffic will be controlled but not closed.
- Athletes must follow all traffic rules, safety protocols and watch out for his/her own road safety
- No headsets or music devices in the bike and/or run

Subic Grand Harbour Hotel is extending the rates below to the registered athletes
of 2024 NTT Asia Triathlon Cup Subic Bay.
- Extra Person with Breakfast is at Php 1,000.00 each while Extra Person with Bed and Breakfast is at Php1,500.00 each

Booking Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE:
- Company or FIT must furnish Subic Grand Harbour Hotel a copy of the reservations in writing thru email at [email protected] or may call the reservations office @ 09178315529.
- Once the reservation is placed, a copy of the Booking Voucher will then be forwarded to the email of the guest to pencil book the reservation.
- Room reservations will only be confirmed by the Hotel upon guarantee in the form of Cash, Company Cheque or Credit / Debit Card Payment
- Reservation without payment or letter of authorization at least fifteen (15) days prior is considered tentative and authorizes the resort to cancel the booking to give way to other guests to reserve.
- Booking Confirmation or Letter of Authorization must be sent to us at least fifteen (15) days before the reservation date otherwise, we will be charging your guest based on the Published Rate.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:
- The room as reserved shall be made available for occupancy after 2:00PM on the day of the arrival. Checkout time is at 12:00 NN.
- Late Check-out Charges shall apply beyond 12:00 NN and will be subjected to availability. Late Check-out Charge is at One Thousand (Php 1,000.00) per hour.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
- Departure date shall be reconfirmed upon arrival. Please advise our Front Office Associate during Check-in should your guest wish to make any changes on the departure date. Early departure charge to One Night Stay shall be applied should a guest check-out before the confirmed departure date.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellation made Fifteen (15) Days before the reservation date is FREE OF CHARGE
- Cancellation made between Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) Days prior to reservation date shall be charged equivalent to Fifty (50%) fee of the Entire Stay.
- Cancellation made between Two (2) to Six (6) Days prior to reservation date shall be charged equivalent to Seventy-Five (75%) fee of the Entire Stay.
- Cancellation made One (1) Day prior to the reservation date, the Entire Stay room rate shall be charged to the company
- In case of NO-SHOW, company shall be charged the full amount of the total reservation.
- Rebooking is acceptable and must be used within Thirty (30) days from the date of the Cancellation otherwise, payment shall be forfeited.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
- All payments shall be settled by the guest or company prior to check in.
- All deposit and payment must be paid either Cash or Deposit to Bank and should be in Philippine Peso to the account of BPRD SUBIC LEISURE CORP. All bank charges should be shouldered by the client at the following bank details:

- The venue shall be fully air-conditioned and shall be inclusive of parking spaces. Additionally, the Hotel shall not be liable for any untoward incident not due to its own fault such as accidents or any injury to the guests.
- The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the personal belongings of the engager and its guests.
- Guests are encouraged to exercise all measures to be responsible with their personal belongings.

- State you are participants of 2024 SuBIT.
- Reservations or front office staff will get the following details:
- Name of Guest
- Mobile No
- Email Address
- Type of Room to be reserved (subject to availability)
- No.of days of stay
- After doing so, SGHH team will forward a Booking Voucher to the athlete's email address
- A copy of the Validated Deposit slip shall then be sent to Subic Grand Harbour Hotel to confirm the reservation.
FAQs
Tri -Age is used for sorting age group categories as per World Triathlon Rules. Tri-Age is computed by subtracting your birth year from the current year (2024 – Birth Year = Tri-Age).
Each participant shall need a RaceYa account to gain access to the registration.This will be your perpetual account, giving you access to other features in the platform.
If you already have an account, please login at raceya.fit/login. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions before submitting your registration.
SUBMITTED NOT PAID: After submission of registration and before payment, your registration is set to PENDING PAYMENT. This will change after you have paid via GCash or Paypal or have uploaded your bank deposit proof of payment. An email is auto sent with payment instruction for bank deposit.
PAID: Your status is set to PAID after successfully paying via Paypal, your payment is paid via Dragonpay-Gcash or proof of payment is uploaded to your account if bank deposit.
REGISTERED Your status is set to Registered when registration is confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation. You may start logging on to time.raceyaya.com to start your race.
A registration confirmation email will be sent to racers within 24hrs. after validation.
Your entry fee will include your race kit which includes a swim cap, race bib, bike and helmet stickers, transition bag, timing chip rental and an event shirt. You will also receive a finisher’s medal which will be given once you completed the race.
