Participation Guidelines

Participants must submit their complete details as required during the registration process and pay the corresponding Registration Fees to complete their registration.  

PARTICIPATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

LOCAL ATHLETES


  • NMSAAP Members - P700 (Early bird P600 until March 31)
  • Non-Member - P800 (Early bird P700 until March 31)
  • FOREIGN ATHLETES - P850 or $15 (USD)

This participation fee includes ONE EVENT only. All participants must choose 1) at least one event and 2) event shirt size when they go to the SHOP screen. Participants may add additional events and pay fees as follows:


  • NMSAAP Members - P500 (Early Bird at P450 until March 31)
  • Non-Member - P600 (Early Bird at P550 until March 31)
  • FOREIGN ATHLETES - P850 or $15 (USD)

ONLY PAID PARTICIPANTS WITH COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION ARE CONSIDERED REGISTERED. PARTICIPANT'S STATUS WILL REMAIN PENDING IF UNPAID. PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE PAID WILL REMAIN FOR VERIFICATION IF THERE ARE ERRORS OR INCOMPLETE DETAILS IN THEIR ENTRY SUBMITTED (Please email [email protected] for any concern.)

Join us at the Philippine Masters Athletics Championships 2024, where athletes aged 30 and above showcase their skills and resilience across various track and field events. Organized by the National Masters Athletics Association of the Philippines, this event celebrates dedication, passion, and the enduring spirit of competition1. Compete in running, hurdles, throwing, jumping, and relays, and prove that age is no barrier to excellence.


Event Date: May 4-5, 2024 Venue: Philsports Track and Field Oval, Pasig Registration: Open to NMSAAP members and non-members

FAQs

Each participant shall need a RaceYa account to gain access to the registration.

Before you register, please ensure the following:

  • CREATE AN ACCOUNT. All participants should create a raceya.fit account.
  • READ EVENT DETAILS. Kindly read all event details, event rules and terms and conditions before registering.
  • HAVE A VALID ID WITH YOU (OR A PHOTO) WITH PROOF OF AGE. You will be required to submit this during registration.

STEPS:

  1. REGISTER THROUGH THE LINK PROVIDED:
    • Member - Participants who are active NMSAAP members and are in good standing. Password will be sent to your email by NMSAAP Secretariat ([email protected])
    • Non-Member - Any local athlete who is 30 years old and above and would like to unleash their potential as a Masters athlete. Non-member can also apply for membership before registering, to avail of the discounted rates.
    • Foreign Athletes - Any athlete who is not residing in the Philippines and is not a Filipino citizen.
  2. ENSURE THAT ALL PERSONAL DATA ENTERED IS CORRECT..
  3. ENTER YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT PERSON AND THEIR CONTACT NUMBER.
  4. UPLOAD YOUR PROOF OF AGE (Any valid ID with birthdate).
  5. ENTER YOUR TEAM NAME
    • Please note that only paid team which has paid Team Championship Fees will be recognized and included in the list. For team not in the list, enter this on the second box. This will not be recognized as a Team unless paid within the window of validation.
  6. CHOOSE YOUR EVENT SHIRT SIZE
    • Participants may purchase extra event shirts. P500 will be charged.
  7. ADD YOUR EVENTS.
    • Note: You will see the total number of events x succeeding fee in your cart. An automatic discount for the first event will also display.
  8. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
  9. COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT.
    • This varies on the payment method chosen and the payment instruction. Kindly ensure that you complete the payment within the prescribed period. If you missed completing the payment, please log-in to your profile and choose the payment method preferred for a new payment instruction and reference number.
  10. PAYMENT STATUS.
    • Your payment status will reflect under your profile dashboard. Should you have any inquiry, contact [email protected]. You may also add more events, complete payment and connect with us through your dashboard.

  • The membership committee will screen applicants.
  • Payment instructions will be sent by the secretariat by email to all successful applicants.

Any member of the relay team may register their team by choosing the RELAY event under EVENTS (Shop). This can be done during the registration for the individual event or after payment, by going to your profile and clicking SHOP. Payment of P2000 must be made for entry to count. All participants in the team must register first for an individual event and pay the corresponding fees.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES FOR RELAY

  • The relay team may come from different age categories.
  • Age category will be based on the youngest member of the relay team.
  • Relay participants should be from the same team for their win to be counted as part of their team performance.
  • A relay team composed of individuals from different affiliations/ unattached will not count as a team performance in the overall championship.
  • The team is required to submit their registration form with the final placing of the runners and team name not later than 2 hours before the start of the relay events.
  • Members of the team must be registered participants with BIB NO.
  • All team members shall report to the call room 30 minutes before the start of the relay event.
  • We will allow unaffiliated/ unattached teams to run even if not in team uniform.
  • Participants are required to also be registered for at least one (1) individual event before joining relay events.

After registration, your Philippines Masters Athletics Championships registration status can be seen in your profile. Log-in at raceya.fit/login. An email is also sent to you to confirm. Kindly note that status will change to paid once your payment has been completed. This status may change from auto-update to 24H depending on the payment center you chose. The team will validate your registration if complete and change status to REGISTERED. Should there be a concern on registration, an email will be sent.

Yes you may:

  1. Log in to your account and click SHOP /ADD EVENT
  2. Add quantity based on the number of add-on events.
