STK-Dua:

• 6 yrs. old & under: 1st Run 400m | Bike 1km | 2nd Run 200m
• 7- 8 yrs. old: 1st Run 800m | Bike 2km | 2nd Run 400m
• 9-10 yrs. old: 1st Run 1km | Bike 6km | 2nd Run 500m
• 11-12yrs. old: 1st Run 2km | Bike 8km | 2nd Run 1km

U15 (Youth 13-15yrs. Old):

• 1st Run 3km | Bike 10km | 2nd Run 1.5km
