• Individual medals will be awarded to top 3 finishers per event (Male/Female)
• Individual medals will be awarded top top 3 teams per relay event (Male/Female)
• Special awards will be given to Most Outstanding Athlete per category (Masters/Age Group)
• Special awards will be given during the event.

Masters

• Current swimmers actively joining swimming competitions
• Former swimmers (including varsity, club swimmer, national athlete, or member of any aquatic sports discipline namely – Waterpolo, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Finswimming) who have participated in swimming competitions in their younger years.

Age Group

• Non-swimmer athletes (Athletes of any Non-Aquatic sports discipline namely – Waterpolo, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Finswimming)
• Athletes who have not competed in any swimming competition in their younger years.
  • 15-19 years old
  • 20-24 years old
  • 25-29 years old
  • 30-34 years old
  • 35-39 years old
  • 40-44 years old
  • 45-49 years old
  • 50-54 years old
  • 55-59 years old
  • 60 years and above

• Age of reckoning will be as of date of competition, April 6, 2025
• Age Group may enter as Master’s Category but Master’s Category CANNOT enter as Age Group Category. Once Age Group athlete enters as Master’s Category, all his entered events will be under Master’s Category.
• Athletes may enter as many events as they wish including relays.
• Athletes may enter NO TIME (NT).
• Seeding of entries will be according to times submitted in the entry form.
• Mixed relays will be composed of 2 Male and 2 Female Athletes of the SAME CATEGORY (Masters/Age Group) regardless of age.

• Competition will be in a TIMED FINALS format.
• MASTERS category will have a SEPARATE result from AGE GROUP category.
• MALE athletes will have separate results from FEMALE athletes.
• Meet rules will apply according to World Aquatics (WA) rule will apply.
• Withdrawals will be accommodated until April 4, 2025.
• DNS or “Did Not Show” athletes that are not scratched prior to the event will not be allowed to swim the succeeding events of the session.
• Scratches during the event will only be allowed 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Protests and Appeals

• A protest must be submitted in writing by the registered athlete to the Referee with a protest fee of P1,000.00 within 30 minutes from the conclusion of the said event.
• If Referee rejects the protest, Referee must state the reason behind the rejection. Athlete may appeal the rejection to the Organizing Committee whose decision shall be held as FINAL.
• Organizing Committee is composed of Referee and Meet Director. If protest is successful, protest fee of P1,000.00 will be returned to registered athlete.

Entries are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

On special cases, refunds may be allowed upon the decision of the Meet Organizer.
