The 2022 National Duathlon Championships (NDC) will serve as part of the selection process for the composition of the national pool who will compete in the 2023 Southeast Asian Games, Cambodia.

Note: Category Merging: AG categories from the same distance and gender with less than five (5) participants will be merged to the nearest age group with fewer participants. Merging will be done once the registration closes.

• Paid fees are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-creditable to future TRAP-sanctioned races.
• Fees will cover cost of participation, timing chip rental, race bib, bike & helmet stickers, finisher’s medal, event shirt and light post race snack.

Race Rules:
• Body markings (race numbers) must appear on both upper arms.
• Bikes must be racked at the designated spot of the bike rack in the transition area
• Bare torso biking or running is not allowed.
• Vehicular traffic will be controlled but not closed.
• Athletes must follow all traffic rules, safety protocols and watch out for his/her own road safety
• No headsets or music devices in the bike and/or run

Elite (draft legal): regular road bike with configuration and features per World Triathlon rules are allowed. Maybe subject to TOs' inspection. Time Trial /Tri bikes are not allowed.

Age Groupers (non-drafting): MTB, Fixie, Road bike, Fat bike, Gravel, Time Trial bike, Tri bike are allowed. But disk wheels are not allowed.

Limited rooms available at the Athletes’ Village (walking distance to the race venue). Choose and book your preferred accommodation at the raceyaya shop during registration.

Rates as follows:

a. Overnight stay good for 1-3 persons inclusive of 1 dinner and 1 breakfast: P3,500/ US$70.00
b. Overnight stay good for 1-3 persons inclusive of 2 dinner and 2 breakfast: P4,000/ US$80.00
c. Overnight stay good for 1-3 persons inclusive of 3 dinner and 3 breakfast: P4,500/ US$90.00

Note:

• Nearest hotels in Clark or Tarlac are 40-50 mins. away.
• Room with A/C, 3 single beds with blankets and pillows.
• Room strictly for a max. of 3 persons only.
• Please bring your own towel and toiletries.
• No eating allowed inside the rooms.
• Meals will be served at the mess hall of the AV

In accordance with IATF directives, the use of face masks in all public places are required.

Throughout the 14-day period before, during, and after the 2022 NDC, it is mandatory for all persons involved to perform regular health self-checks such as temperature detection and monitoring of symptoms.

• Pre-Event Entry Requirements:

• Make sure you are fully vaccinated against CoViD-19.
• Get a Medical Certificate attesting that you are fit to race.

• During the Event Safety Protocols:

• Upon registration, each person is required to submit a hardcopy of the following documents:
  • Photocopy of Valid ID
  • Photocopy of Vaccination Card/Certificate
  • Medical Certificate of Fit to Race
  • Signed Health Declaration Form
  • Signed Pledge of Adherence
  • Signed Event Waiver
  • Written Parental Consent (for minor participants)
